The Rotary Club of Walcha was chartered on the 10th March 1956 under Rotary International (RI).  While RI prescribes the club’s constitution and bylaw format, these rules do not inhibit the autonomy of the club and the activities and projects in which we get involved.

The club is a service club that identifies and supports the needs of our local community.  We have around twenty members and it is their skills, passions and influences that determine the club’s direction locally, nationally and internationally.

As a member of a worldwide organisation, there are many opportunities to ‘do good’ all over the world in partnership with Rotary International, our District 9660 and other Rotary clubs.
